      Privacy policy

      Moscow, January 1, 2020


      This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the International Pedagogical Academy of Preschool Education (IPAPE) may receive about the User of the website located at the domain name www.mpado.ru during the User’s access to or use of the website, its software, and its products.


      1. DEFINITIONS


      1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

      1.1.1. "IPAPE Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Website Administration")" – authorized employees to manage the website, acting on behalf of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization of Continuing Professional Education "International Pedagogical Academy of Preschool Education" (IPAPE), who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, and determine the purposes of processing personal data, the scope of personal data subject to processing, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

      1.1.2. "Personal Data" means any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

      1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated means with respect to personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

      1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" means the obligation imposed on the Operator or any other party having access to personal data not to disclose such data without the data subject’s consent or another lawful basis.

      1.1.5. "IPAPE Website User" (hereinafter referred to as the "User") means a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Website.

      1.1.6. "Cookies" means a small data file sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which the web client or browser resends to the web server in each HTTP request when attempting to access a page of the respective website.

      1.1.7. "IP Address" means a unique network address assigned to a node in a computer network built under the IP protocol.


      2. GENERAL PROVISIONS


      2.1. By using the Website, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

      2.2. In the event of disagreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the User must discontinue use of the Website.

      2.3. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Website of the International Pedagogical Academy of Preschool Education. The International Pedagogical Academy of Preschool Education does not control and bears no responsibility for third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the IPAPE website.

      2.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the IPAPE Website.


      3. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY


      3.1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the obligations of the IPAPE Website Administration to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection of the privacy of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration upon registration on the IPAPE Website or when placing an order.

      3.2. Personal data authorized for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by completing registration forms on the IPAPE website and may include the following information:

      3.2.1. User’s last name, first name, and patronymic;

      3.2.2. User’s contact phone number;

      3.2.3. Email address;

      3.2.4. Delivery address;

      3.2.5. User’s place of residence;

      3.2.6. User’s place of employment and position.

      3.3. The online store protects data automatically transmitted during ad impression viewing and when visiting pages containing tracking scripts (“pixels”), including:

      • IP address;
      • Cookie data;
      • Browser information (or other software used to access advertisements);
      • Access timestamp;
      • URL of the page containing the advertisement;
      • Referrer (URL of the previous page).

      3.3.1. Disabling cookies may prevent access to portions of the IPAPE Website requiring authentication.

      3.3.2. The IPAPE collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues and to monitor the legality of financial transactions.

      3.4. Any other personal information not expressly listed above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed, except as provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.


      4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

      4.1. The IPAPE Website Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

      4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the IPAPE Website for order placement and/or conclusion of an Agreement with the User;

      4.1.2. Provision of User access to personalized resources of the IPAPE Website;

      4.1.3. Establishment of feedback with the User, including sending notices, inquiries regarding the use of the IPAPE Website, provision of services, and processing the User's requests and orders.

      4.1.4. Determination of the User’s location for security purposes and fraud prevention;

      4.1.5. Verification of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User;

      4.1.6. Creation of a User Account for purchasing, if the User consents to account creation;

      4.1.7. Notifying the User of the IPAPE Website about the order status.

      4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming taxes or tax benefits, disputing payments, and determining the User's eligibility for a credit line.

      4.1.9. Provision of effective customer and technical support in the event of issues related to the use of the IPAPE Website;

      4.1.10. Provision, with the User’s consent, of updates on products and services, special offers, pricing information, newsletters, and other communications on behalf of the IPAPE or its partners;

      4.1.11. Conducting marketing activities with the User’s consent;

      4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the websites or services of IPAPE partners for the purpose of obtaining goods and services.


      5. METHODS AND DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

      5.1. Personal data of the User shall be processed without time limitation by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automated tools or without such tools.

      5.2. The User consents to the Website Administration’s right to disclose personal data to third parties, specifically courier services, postal organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the IPAPE Website, including delivery.

      5.3. The User’s personal data may be disclosed to authorized bodies of the Russian Federation government only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

      5.4. In the event of loss or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall notify the User of such loss or disclosure.

      5.5. The Website Administration shall implement necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, or other unlawful actions by third parties.

      5.6. The Website Administration, together with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other adverse consequences resulting from the loss or unauthorized disclosure of the User’s personal data.


      6. ОOBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

      6.1. The User is obligated to:

      6.1.1. Provide the personal data required to use the IPAPE Website;

      6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data in the event of any changes.

      6.2. The Website Administration is obligated to:

      6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy;

      6.2.2. Maintain the confidentiality of personal information, refrain from disclosure without the User’s prior written consent, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disseminate the User’s personal data, except as provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy;

      6.2.3. Take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data, consistent with measures ordinarily employed to safeguard such information in current business practice;

      6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or appeal, or from their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights, during the verification period, if inaccurate personal data or illegal actions are detected.


      7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

      7.1. The Website Administration, if it fails to fulfill its obligations, is liable for damages incurred by the User in connection with the illegal use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

      7.2. The Website Administration shall not be liable for loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if such information:

      7.2.1. Became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure;

      7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration;

      7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.


      8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

      8.1. Before initiating court proceedings regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the IPAPE Website User and the Website Administration, the User must submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

      8.2. The claim recipient shall, within 30 calendar days of claim receipt, provide written notification to the claimant regarding the outcome of the claim review.

      8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

      8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationships between the User and the Website Administration.


      9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

      9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

      9.2. The revised Privacy Policy shall enter into force immediately upon its publication on the IPAPE Website, unless otherwise specified in the revised version of the Privacy Policy.
