From 2001 to the present, she has been a Lead Researcher at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Council for the Study of Productive Forces" of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Russian Academy of Sciences (Department of Nature Management and Ecology).
Since 2005, she has been the Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Eastern Light".
Since 2010, she has been the Editor-in-Chief of the online journal "Innovative Technologies in Education and Upbringing" of RusObr.
Since 2004, she has been the head of the "Red Book of Russian Culture" Program.
Head of the Department of Information Support for Programs of the Interregional Public Organization for Children and Youth "New Civilization", member of the Coordinating Council of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Federation of Internet Education" (since 2000), expert of the UNESCO "Information for All" and "KABRI-Volga" programs.
The author of more than 150 scientific and methodological works (in Russian and foreign languages); the author of more than 25 books on culture, art, and education, including: "Artists," "Architects," "Musicians and Composers," "Walks in Moscow," and collections of aphorisms: "Great Thoughts of Great People," "Formula of Power," "Formula of the Russian Soul," etc.
Author and compiler of books on raising children and youth: “New Civilization from A to Z” (2004), “Methodology for Conducting Internet Festivals” (2003), “Methodology for Conducting Selection Competitions”.
Since 2017, Head of the Department of Global Goals of Preschool Education at the International Pedagogical Academy of Preschool Education (IPAPE). Developer and Editor-in-Chief of major systemic projects for the digitalization of preschool education: the Virtual Kindergarten information system for methodological support for preschool teachers (Russian Ministry of Education and Science); Early Detection of Developmental Deviations in Children Aged 0 to 3 (Russian Ministry of Education and Science); and the System for Continuous Professional Development of Preschool Teachers (Agency for Strategic Research).
