      An opportunity not only to meet world-class scientists Nikolay E. Veraksa and Nico van Udenhoven, but also to immerse themselves in real-life situations that foster educational outcomes, both through working with a teacher and through interactions with peers, and to develop a personal perspective.

      When a person is born, he is endowed with the most primitive and elementary mechanisms in order to maintain his life. Due to his physical structure and psychological training, the child, of course, cannot yet make adult decisions, and at first he cannot even move and talk on his own. Kids have yet to learn many skills, and adults need to organize favorable conditions and a bright childhood period for them.

      Childhood is a well–known, but complex and obscure phenomenon. During childhood, all the fundamental personality traits that ensure psychological stability, positive moral orientation, and full vitality are established.

      What role does kindergarten play in the world of childhood?

      An analysis of preschool education practices in various countries reveals that educators are also divided in their assessment of their role in raising children. Some experts consider preschool age as a golden time for the child's play and development, where first of all the emphasis is on caring for the child and his emotional support. Others emphasize that preschool age represents the first level of formal (school) education, where the educator is a teacher, not a caregiver. The third position tries to reconcile the previous approaches, linking children's development with the development of cultural means, and it is very important not to suppress these proactive, spontaneous forms of activity, making the child equal to the adult participants in the dialogue.
